How to Set Up Your Company Profile

Setting up your company profile helps tailor assessments, streamline reporting, and enables vendor-specific compliance tracking.

✅ Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to Profile Settings

  • From the left-hand menu, click on Settings.

  • Under the Organization tab, select Company Profile.

2. Enter Your Company Details

Fill out the following fields:

  • Company Name

  • Industry

  • Headquarters Location

  • Number of Employees

  • Primary Contact Email

Tip: The more accurate your profile, the better your risk reporting and recommendations.

3. Upload Your Company Logo (Optional)

  • Click Upload Logo

  • Choose a .PNG or .SVG format

  • This will appear on your reports and assessment exports

4. Set Time Zone & Language Preferences

  • Choose your time zone for accurate audit logs

  • Select your preferred language (currently supports English only)

5. Save Changes

Click the Save button at the bottom right to update your profile.
